Winemaking: Hand-harvested, no fining and very light filtration. A very young vineyard on light limestone-clay soils (argilo-calcaire), planted in 2015, south/south-east facing, in the extension of «Les Duresses» within the Monthélie appellation. 14 ares, ~1,000 bottles/year. Bottled November 2024.

Mineral and saline, with a tight tannic structure that gives good ageing potential.
