Winemaking

Hand-harvested, no fining and very light filtration. Aged 12 months in barrel. An old vineyard of nearly 60 years, on limestone clay (argilo-calcaire) on a small, mineral-rich slope south-east of Meursault, planted in 1957, south/south-west facing. 26 ares, ~1,200 bottles/year.
