Hand-harvested, no fining and very light filtration. Steep terrain at the top of the plot; marl soil above and limestone clay below. Average vine age 40 years, east/south-east facing. 72 ares, ~3,300 bottles/year. Les Clous was classified Premier Cru in 2006.
