Winemaking: Hand-harvested, no fining and very light filtration. «Le Clos» is a walled plot right in front of the domaine, within the park. It was originally a kitchen garden; today it produces a rich wine. Planted in 1990, south-facing on silt-clay soil (limono-argileux). 25 ares, ~1,990 bottles/year.
