A fruity, easy-drinking red wine made from 100% Merlot, produced by the Ournac family at Domaine Coudoulet in Languedoc, IGP Pays d'Oc. The wine is traditionally vinified in stainless steel tank to highlight the grape's natural fruitiness and softness. With its soft tannins and fresh character, it pairs well with grilled food and mild cheeses.
