An aromatic, full-bodied white wine made from 100% Viognier from Domaine Coudoulet in Languedoc, IGP Pays d'Oc. Viognier is the historic white grape of the estate; the vines are 30 years old and grow on limestone clay soil near Cesseras. The wine is night-harvested and vinified in stainless steel tank to preserve the grape's characteristic floral and stone-fruit aromas.
