Winemaking

A genuine, handcrafted organic ginger beer, brewed on its own ginger starter made in the workshop in L'Huisserie, Mayenne. Not a ginger soda – naturally fermented, with no additives or preservatives. Fermentation accounts for all the carbonation and character. No artificial flavourings or extracts, just the natural power of fresh ginger root awakened by fermentation.
