Everything you need to make your own water kefir at home: real, living kefir grains from Atelier du Ferment's own culture, a flavouring, a fermentation jar and the necessary accessories. The kefir grains grow and can be reused indefinitely – you can make water kefir again and again, in exactly the flavours you like. Alcohol-free, very low sugar, only natural flavours.

About this wine

Water kefir is one of the world's oldest fermented drinks, originating in the Caucasus and passed from home to home for centuries. With this kit you make your own: mix filtered water and organic sugar in the jar, add the living kefir grains, a slice of lemon and a dried fig. Leave at room temperature until the fig rises to the surface (24–48 hours), strain, and the drink is ready. Keep the grains for your next batch. This is how Kéfirade is made – now in your own kitchen.
