Artisanally fermented from fresh kefir grains, filtered water, organic cane sugar (converted during fermentation), lemon juice and dried fruit. No additives or preservatives. Naturally sparkling – fermentation accounts for all the carbonation.

Enjoy on its own, or as a base in alcohol-free cocktails. An alcohol-free alternative to soda and to the aperitif.
