- Low-intervention winemaking with Carignan Blanc, an old Languedoc grape. Hand-picked, selected grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast. Fermented and aged in demi-muid (600-litre casks). Limited to 2,500 bottles a year.

Very mineral and textured.
About this wine
The house favourite – «notre chouchou». Carignan Blanc is an old, typically Languedoc grape variety grown in small quantities today. Each bottle is numbered, and a case holds six different label colours.
