About this wine

A cuvée in constant evolution. The first vintage (2023) was 100 % Verdejo – a delicate white wine with notes of crisp pear and herbs. In 2024, Assyrtiko entered the blend for the first time – a Greek grape from Santorini, unusual in Languedoc and entirely in keeping with Ournac Frères' experimental spirit. The wine has gained in finesse and saline elegance.
