About this wine

A cuvée in constant evolution. The first vintage (2023) was 100% Verdejo – a delicate white wine with notes of crisp pear and herbs. Assyrtiko was added in 2024, and from 2025 the blend is 70% Assyrtiko and 30% Verdejo – the wine has gained in finesse. Assyrtiko is a Greek grape from Santorini, unusual in Languedoc – entirely in keeping with Ournac Frères' experimental spirit.
