- Hand-harvested and destemmed. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank at 25 degrees. The Syrah and Grenache are vinified separately and blended after three months, then aged a further five months in tank before bottling. Average vine age is 22 years, yield 30 hl/ha, and 3,000 bottles were made. Bottled June 2024.

Appearance
Deep ruby red.
Aroma
Dark fruit, especially cherry, with mild spice.
Palate
Dry, with pleasant complexity and intense fruit. Fine freshness and well-integrated, soft tannins. Good length.
