Aroma

Very clear, with fresh citrus notes and juicy yellow peach. Spiced yeast and ginger, with a hint of freshly cut fig.

Palate

Taut, with plenty of grip and juicy acidity balanced by delicate sweetness. Long finish with mineral drive, fine citrus freshness and harmonious, well-integrated tannin from 6 months in small oak.
